High School Equivalency test prep classes are a great step for adults who are ready to get a better job or start college, but who don’t have a high school diploma. These free classes are taught in small groups and cover five subjects that appear on tests like the GED or the HiSET: math, social studies, science, writing and reading. Students will take a test to figure out which subjects they need to focus on.

These classes will take place at the new Downtown Library. Chose from four different class times, with both morning and evening options: Mondays and Wednesdays, 9 a.m. to noon or 6 to 9 p.m.; or Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9 a.m. to noon or 6 to 9 p.m. Each class has 20 seats available, so click here to register for the best time for you. These classes start June 18.
