Account Help

You must have an Arlington, Texas Public Library card to log in to your account. Get a library card now. If you have a library card but cannot log in, create an online account now.

How to Log In

  1. Go to the online catalog.
  2. Enter your username or barcode (12-digit number on your library card).
  3. Enter your password.
  4. Click Log In.

How to Renew an Expired Account

Cards are issued for two years and are easily renewed. Simply present proof of your current address. Please note: renewals must be done in person, not online, and if your account has a balance it must be paid in full.

Lost or Stolen Cards

Contact the library immediately if your card is lost or stolen.

To get a new card:
  1. Visit any library location
  2. Bring a photo ID (required)
  3. Pay the $1 replacement fee at any service desk. Customer service staff will issue you a new card.
