You already know that you can find out information about your library account by logging into our catalog website, by calling any library during regular business hours or by chatting online with staff. Well, now there’s another option—the Borrower Information Service for automated account information.

Call 817-860-9872 and enter your library card number and password to

• find how many items are checked out
• list what items are checked out
• check for overdue items
• renew items
• check for requests waiting to be picked up
• find out if there are any charges on your account
