Q. I want a library card, but what qualifications do I need to meet?

A. You must be a legal resident of the State of Texas and be able to show proof of residence.

A. Click here, then click the link that says "click here to register now" and fill out the forms that follow.  We’ll mail your card and you’ll have it within 7-10 days.
