Literacy LiNK

The LiteracyLiNK  provides children and families across the city with a new way to discover and checkout their favorite picture books and children’s materials.

It can be requested to go to Arlington community events.

The TechLiNK is a vehicle that provides free computer training and Internet access to areas of Arlington where public computers and broadband Internet are scarce.

It can be requested to go to Arlington community events.

Our Funders and Partners

Most LibraryLiNK materials and services have been generously funded through the Arlington Tomorrow Foundation and through an LSTA grant provided by the Texas State Library and Archives Commission. In addition, without the partnerships established between the Arlington Public Library, Arlington Independent School DistrictMansfield Independent School District and the YMCA of Arlington, the LibraryLiNK program would not be possible.

Thanks to the Library LiNK partnership between the City of Arlington and AISD, students have access to public library resources such as databses and ebooks using their AISD student ID card or Arlington library card. Regularly scheduled programming is available at selected AISD and MISD schools.
