Citizen Notification Service (CNS) is a free service available from the City of Arlington. Register online  and receive automatic notifications and updates of important Library and other City information straight to your cell phone or email!

Notifications can be sent to your computer, cell phone or any device capable of receiving e-mail or text messaging. It’s easy to join. Create a user profile and select the information that is of greatest interest to you. If you decide you no longer want to receive automatic e-mail alerts, you can modify your subscription or un-subscribe.

Your best bet would be to contact the support team for the Citizen Notification Service at this email address: supportcns@arlingtontx.gov or by filling out this web form: http://www.arlingtoncns.com/ContactUs.aspx We were just telling people about the service, but they actually manage it & would be in a position to take action your request.
