Thank you for your interest in participating as a vendor at the 5th annual ArlingCon! Please review all information carefully before submitting your application.

Registration Information

  • Applications will be first-come, first-served.

  • Registration deadline is April 1, 2019, at 5 p.m.

  • All booths should contribute to the overall themes of education, creativity, and comic convention culture.

  • All fees are non-refundable.

  • Each registration includes an 8' x 8' booth with one 30" x 72" table.  A second table to increase your booth size is available for an additional fee.

  • Chairs and access to electricity will also be provided.

Pricing

The Vendor Hall will once again be located in the Bluebonnet Ballroom next to the main entrance. Each booth is 8’x8’, or 16'x8' for a double-table setup. This is a high trafficked area that has controlled entrances and exits and is a premium location.

  • Vendor Hall – 1 table - $50.00

  • Vendor Hall – 2 tables - $100.00

The new Artist Alley will be located in the Palo Duro Lounge with the capacity of 8’x8’ for an individual booth, or 16'x8' for a double table setup (maximum). It is next to the staircase leading up to the 2nd floor where the workshops are held. Please see below for additional information regarding the Artist Alley

  • Artist Alley – 1 table - $30.00

  • Artist Alley – 2 tables - $60.00

On-site Information

  • Set-up begins at 8 a.m.

  • Vendors and artist are responsible for leaving his/her area in the same condition in which it was found.

  • ArlingCon and its participating organizations are not responsible for any damaged, stolen, or lost property during the event.

Artist Alley Allowed Works:

  • Any product featuring an artist's original character.

  • Commissioned and hand-drawn works made during the convention, provided that they do not violate any other rule.

  • Unique, individual, hand-drawn items or paintings.

  • Fan art which clearly shows that the work is produced by the artist, rather than by the license holder. We request that at least 50% of your display is of an original nature.

Artist Alley Prohibited Items:

  • Any work with copyrighted materials and/or trademarked logos (official art), regardless of whether or not the work is original.

  • Bootleg products

  • Copyright-violating traced, photoshopped, or transferred art. Pearler art that uses copied licensed sprite-based art is not allowed.

  • Products that can be bought at a store either internationally or the US that you did not create

Please note in the application below if you are interested in applying for an artist or vendor booth. We reserve the right to determine which hall you will be assigned to, based on the description of your booth and provided photographs of your work.
