• How do I find the convention once I get to UTA?
    ArlingCon is held in UTA's E.H. Hereford University Center. Click here for a campus map. Inside the University Center, maps and signs will direct you to convention events.

Where do I park? 
Parking information will become available closer to the event. In past years, lots F10 and F11 at the University of Texas at Arlington have been available.

  • When is the convention?
    ArlingCon is a one-day convention held on June 13, 2020.
  • Is there a cost to attend?
    ArlingCon is a free convention, put on by the Arlington Public Library, UTA Libraries, and our many generous sponsors.
  • Can I get a vendor booth or an artist's table?
    Please fill out an online application to be considered as an artist or vendor for ArlingCon 2020.
  • What is the difference between an exhibitor and a vendor?
    Vendors are anyone who would like to sell products at ArlingCon, and exhibitors are guests with a booth who are promoting programs, presenting information, and interacting with attendees.
  • Can I volunteer with ArlingCon?
    We have a variety of volunteer needs that will need to be filled! Our volunteer applications will be open in mid-spring 2020.
  • Is cosplay allowed?
    Yes. Cosplay is encouraged at ArlingCon. See our Cosplay page for more information, including contests and shows.
  • Will there be food?
    The College Park Shops are a short walk from the event and offer a variety of dining options.
  •  Can I take pictures?
    Photos of or with other ArlingCon attendees are allowed only with their permission. Ask before you take a picture!
  • Can I promote my own event at ArlingCon?
    All materials are subject to approval by ArlingCon staff. For sponsorship opportunities, Please click here to contact ArlingCon.
  • I have an idea for a panel or workshop. How can I be part of the con?
    Submit your ideas for panels and workshops by using this online form. We look forward to hearing your ideas!
  • How do I become a cosplay guest?
    Please submit an online application in order to be considered as a guest. It is requested that all cosplay guests present a minimum of 1 panel or workshop.
