The Arlington Public Library is excited to offer robust new document options at all locations. Patrons can now make copies in color and black and white, scan documents, and send domestic faxes. Put this technology to work with expanded options for business, school and personal documents.

Each library location now provides an all-in-one machine. The Downtown Library offers three, one on each floor.

The new machines offer the following services:

  • Black and White copies at $.15 a page
  • Color copies at $.50 a page
  • Digital scans at $.05 a page. Scanned documents may be emailed or saved to a thumb drive.
  • Domestic faxes at $1 per page. The Library does not offer international faxing.

These services may currently be paid for in cash. Debit and credit card payments will be available in the future.

Other new features of the all-in-one machines include duplexed or double-sided copies, stapling, and the ability to print batches. Duplexed copies are charged for each side, so a double-sided print is $.30 total.

These new options join the suite of technology services available at all locations. Other services include mobile printing, free Wi-Fi, publicly available computers, over 100 professional-level databases, and more. Click here to learn more about technology at the library
