The Arlington Public Library, in partnership with the Tarrant County College Nursing Department, is offering a free Health & Wellness Expo on Friday, April 12 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Downtown Library. These workshops in English and Spanish are taught by nursing students on a variety of topics. Registration is not required and patrons are welcome to attend as many or as few sessions as they would like.

The nursing students are excited to offer a variety of health education topics in English and Spanish:

9 to 9:50 a.m.
