Wild About Reading is returning to the Arlington Public Library! This annual event is presented in partnership with United Way of Tarrant County to encourage young children and their families to make reading a fun, daily activity to supplement school learning. Join us at the Downtown Library on Sunday, march 29, 2020 from 2 to 5 p.m.

Activities include free book giveaways, reading time with celebrity readers, and STEM activities for the entire family.

The Arlington Public Library is hosting one of three events serving all of Tarrant County. Other events will take place at the Fort Worth Central Library and the Bedford Public Library.

Wild About Reading will be held at the Downtown Library from 2 to 5 p.m. on March 3. The Downtown Library is located at 100 S. Center St., Arlington, TX 76010. Other events are held from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Fort Worth Central Library and the Bedford Public Library.

“Reading is an important part of childhood development and United Way of Tarrant County is proud to encourage reading for children and their families,” said T.D. Smyers, president and CEO of United Way of Tarrant County. “We invite the Tarrant County community to take part in this fun-filled and educational event.”

No registration is required for this free, come-and-go celebration.
