Looking for an easy way to remember to take a deep breath every once in a while and de-stress? How about a cup of tea? During the time it takes to brew and drink a cup of tea, you can practice some everyday mindfulness and even do a simple tea meditation. The library has found a few articles to get you started with using tea time as a relaxation exercise.  

Keep it simple and learn how to apply mindfulness and introspection to the tea-making and tea-drinking experience.
