School is out which means summer meals are back at the library! We have partnered with Arlington ISD to provide summer meals for children under the age of 18. These meals are free and there are no income or identification requirements to participate. Children must be present to receive food, parents cannot request food for children who are not with them.
Our summer meals will start June 3rd and will be available Monday through Friday at these select library locations:
- George W. Hawkes Downtown Library from 11 - 11:30 a.m.
- 100 S. Center St.
- Northeast Branch from 11 - 11:30 a.m.
- 1905 Brown Blvd.
- East Library and Recreation Center from 12 - 12:30 p.m.
- 1817 New York Ave.
- Southeast Branch from 12:15 - 12:45 p.m.
- 900 SE Green Oaks Blvd.
Meals will also be available at Arlington ISD schools that have summer school in session. Below is a list of locations:
