The Friends and Foundation of the Arlington Public Library (FFAPL) will be holding its annual Spring Book Sale from Tuesday, March 18 through Saturday, March 22, 2025, at the Meadow Brook Recreation Center located at 1400 Dugan St., Arlington TX, 76010.
A wide collection of books, jigsaw puzzles, CDs, DVDs, and large print materials will be available. Most items are $1. Cash, checks, and credit cards with a $5 minimum will be accepted.
The Spring 2025 book sale schedule:
Tuesday, March 18, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. – FFAPL member preview sale. Memberships available for purchase at the door.
Wednesday, March 19, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. - Open to the public
Thursday, March 20, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. - Open to the public
Friday, March 21, 10 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. – Open to the public
Saturday, March 22, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. – Half Price Day
4:15 – 6 p.m. - Teacher and nonprofit sale ($5 suggested donation) All you can carry. ID required.
FFAPL will not accept book donations during the sale; however, a monetary donation may be made with the cashier.
Many of the Arlington Public Library’s programs and services have been possible due to the funding provided through FFAPL’s book sales and other events. FFAPL support also allows the Library to offer various programs for all ages throughout the year, such as early literacy, cultural programs, adult education, and maker programs. As a 501(c)3, FFAPL is also a conduit for various grants and corporate donations to help fund programming projects.
