SNAP = Supporting Neurodivergent Access to Programming
The Arlington Public Library has identified a need in the community to provide programming that is more accessible to children and families who benefit from an alternative form of learning and interaction. SNAP programs are sensory-friendly and targeted towards the needs of neurodivergent children, teens, adults, and their families and caregivers. Neurodivergent includes autism spectrum disorder, ADD/ADHD, Tourette’s, and other developmental and learning disabilities.
