To celebrate Black History Month, the library is hosting Black History Month: Artist Reception on Saturday, February 22 , 2025 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the George W. Hawkes Downtown Library.
To make this a real community affair, we are seeking your art! Arlington Public Library is putting out a call for Black art and artists to display some of their work during the event.
The work will be displayed during the Black History Month: Artist Reception. Submissions must follow all library display guidelines found on our website.
